Terms and conditions for the Premium Guarantee

1. Scope

These conditions apply to the Premium Guarantee booked voluntarily by the customer

for mining equipment purchased from us. The protection applies exclusively to the registered device and the agreed period.

2. Scope of services

Device protection includes:

  • Coverage of costs for repairs in case of technical defects (e.g. defective power supplies, fans, hashboards, control board)
  • Working hours and spare parts within the scope of coverage
  • Shipping the repaired device

In particular, the following are not covered:

  • Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by external influences (e.g. water, fire, overvoltage)
  • Wear parts outside the warranty (e.g. fan bearings after service life)
  • Damage caused by crypto overclocking, unrecommended firmware, or mining in unsuitable environments (e.g., excessive humidity, insufficient ventilation)


3. Term & Start

The coverage begins on the invoice date for the booked insurance service and is valid for the agreed period (12 months). Refunds are excluded in the event of early termination.

4. Registration in case of damage

In case of damage, the defect must be reported immediately by email or contact form.
The following information must be provided:

  • Device serial number
  • Purchase date
  • Error description
  • Miner Log Download
  • Optional: Photo or video

5. Grounds for exclusion

The obligation to provide services is void if:

  • False or incomplete information was provided
  • The damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence
  • The device has been opened, tampered with or fitted with foreign parts

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the services specified in the contract. We assume no liability for consequential damages, loss of earnings, or loss of data.

1. Select products & advice

Simply select the right mining products on our website. If you have any questions or need advice, we're happy to help you find the perfect equipment.

2. Shipping to your desired location

After you place your order, we will ship the hardware securely and insured directly to your home, your mining farm, or a warehouse of your choice.

3. Support & Setup

Even after delivery, we won't leave you alone. We'll support you with setup and are available to answer any technical questions you may have.

Everything went great. Very friendly and professional support. I would definitely order again, and I think a good business relationship will develop from this. Planning for the next purchase is almost complete and will probably take place in the next few days. Contact with DHL was also professionally established, so that quick arrangements regarding customs and other issues could be made within a day. The miner was shipped from IceRiver on Tuesday, and by 11 a.m. on Friday, it was up and running in the server room. What more could you want?
